If you like good food, you’ll love discovering the local specialities and products. All the products are supplied by local, organic growers. You’ll be able to enjoy Sophie’s delicious cooking as well as Edouard’s home-made bread, which is served fresh every day.
All the food is home-cooked or home-prepared:
Aperitif, wine, hors d’oeuvre, main dish, fromage and dessert.
These mealtimes are truly convivial occasions.

Traditional dishes:
•    Three-vegetable terrine, aubergine papetons in sauce, tomatoes with goat’s cheese and basil, carrot and goat’s cheese muffins, cream of chestnut soup, caillettes
•    Bombine, filet mignon with thyme and chestnut, duck fillets with figs, sauteed beef with chestnuts, free-range chicken, Ardèche criques
•    Goat's cheese from small, local producers, cheeses from the Ardèche plateau.
•    Seasonal fruit tarts, upside-down peach cake, Grandmother’s caramel cream, lemon and apple tart, shortbread, meringues.
